Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler is a reviewer who takes on Z-grade movies usually that are in the horror or martial arts genre. The style is similar like The Cinema Snob but tending towards dumb action flicks and a morbid enjoyment of them. The reviews began at the end of 2009 and, after she gained some fame (under her old name, Obscurus-Lupa) Allison Pregler subsequently became part of Channel Awesome's family. She was on the website until the beginning of 2015 in the year that Obscurus Lupa Presents was revamped to Movie Nights. She has two podcasts co-hosted as well as a show that covers Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. The show can be seen here and here. Her Twitter account, Tumblr page and Facebook account are also home to videos. Allison is a sexy lady who will leave you wanting to know more? Ninja the Mission Force shows her in action playing Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones' Jesus Bro! was also her first film. Guest-starring on Midnight Screenings is a regular event. The show reviews horrible movies geared towards children, RiffTrax and live shows. The show also has a few times adult comedy. She began reviewing movies at the end of 2009 and gained popularity through the Channel Awesome forums before officially joining the group of reviewers on Channel Awesome. She's been on many Channel Awesome shows from Atop the Fourth Wall to Phelous & the Movies. She was once a member of the Channel Awesome family alongside Doug Walker and often appeared on episode of the Nostalgia Critic.
