Following the strike, students all around joined Thunberg's #FridaysforFuture movements. Students skipped Friday classes in protest against global warming. Climate campaigners around the globe came together in the year 2019, to lead the Global Strike for Climate. It was a huge success. 1.6 million people across the 125 nations took part.
